We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2019, Bernice Koronkowski (Lake Village, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Kwiatkowski and Loretta Kwiatkowski; and her brother Chester, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Charles; her sons, Charles, Jr. (Monica), Thomas (Terri), Joseph (Theryl) and Bernerd (Roberta); and her siblings, Cecile Christenson and Leo Kwiatkowski (Linda). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to American Heart or Diabetes Assoc.
