She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Russell and Corene Russell; her husband Ernest Highley; and her brother Jack Russell. She is survived by : her daughters, Erica Highley of Indiana, Deborah Highley of Indiana and Donna Speck (James) of Indiana; and her siblings, Ann Higgs of The Bahamas, Tony Russell (Julie) of North Carolina and Don (Regina Russell) of The Bahamas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her four loving dogs.
