He is survived by : his wife Yvette; his children, Joyce Collum (George) and Orval, Jr. (Renee) of Paoli, IN; and his siblings, Dale (Norma) of Demotte, Margaret York (Junior) of Mitchell, IN and Mary Baker. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
