He is survived by: his wife Donna Powell of Laketon; his sons, William "Lee" Powell, Jr. (Nancy) of Wabash, Matthew Powell (Cindy) of North Manchester and Shawn Powell (Joie) of Newburgh; and his siblings, Larry Powell (Aileen) of Wabash, Sharon Petro (John) and Pam Wright (Gary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
