He was predeceased by : his parents, Omar Pulley and Margret Durham Pulley; his wife Evalyn Banks Pulley; and his children, Julian Randolph Pulley and Marguaret Louise Pulley-Guihan.

He is survived by : his children-in-law, Angela Pulley and Gene Guihan; and his grandchildren, Sean Patrick Guihan, Katelyn Loretta Guihan and Steven Monroe Guihan. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
