He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Sr. Hendrick. He is survived by: his mother Sharon E. Hendrick (Hardin); his brothers, Dennis Hendrick of Laurel, Indiana and Donald Hendrick Jr. (Melissa) of Laurel, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Chevy Hendrick, Isabella Hendrick, Daxton Hendrick, Conner Hendrick, Elayna Hendrick and Justin Smith.
