She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Jaggers and Mamie Gabbard Jaggers; her husband Charles Edward Hackensmith; her siblings, Geneva Maple and Robert Jaggers; her niece Brenda Hokey; and her granddaughter Jerrika Hackensmith.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Santillanes (Avery), April Cheek and Charles Hackensmith (Lisa); her grandchildren, Bill Johnson, Mike Johnson (Angel), Brian Santillanes (Paije), Sheena Whipple (Tim), Devyn Hackensmith and Carter Hackensmith; and her nephew Mike Hokey (Mindy). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
