He was predeceased by: his daughter Charlotte "Sue" Peck; and his siblings, Esther Mauser, Ida Andrews, Ken, Carl, Robert, Ward, Roger, Ray, Dean, Harry, James and Everett Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Irene Annabelle Kiskaden; his children, Nancy Jo Mummert of Shelbyville and Harlan Grizzell Jr. (Michele) of Laurel; and his siblings, Wilbur Grizzell (Minnie) of Laurel and Jean Hill (Reginald) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
