He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Howell and Margaret Howell (Alford). He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Williams (Gordin) of Connersville, Kay Vanover (Barry) of Laurel and Jeanne Hardesty of Cincinnati, OH; his friends, Debbie and Jenson Scott; and his children, Stacey Howell and Ernie Howell. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
