He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Snider Smith of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Tim Smith (Mary) of Laurel; his stepmother Sarah Smith of Brookville; his son Joshua Smith of Laurel; and his siblings, Tasha Rust of Sugarcreek, Kayla Garb of Van Wert, Kayleen Madden (Cody) of Laurel and Hannah Smith of Laurel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
