It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Sturgeon (Leavenworth, Indiana), born in Grantsburg, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Sturgeon and Junie Mae Sheckells Perkins; and his son-in-law John Sillings. He is survived by : his wife Norma J. Patterson Sturgeon; his children, Scott Sturgeon (Stephanie), Sandy Copler (Ed) and Janice Sillings; his grandchildren, Brittany Bruce (Chris), Dylan Byrd (Courtney), Jared Sturgeon (Abbey), Kelsey Sturgeon, Jonathan Sillings (Nikki) and Lucas Sillings (Mariah); his great grandchild Walker Graham Byrd; and his siblings, Rusty Sturgeon (Linda) and Doris Riggs (George).
