He is survived by: his wife Madonna Campbell; his children, Valerie French (Jim), Thorntown David Campbell (Lan), Myers, Lebanon Randy Campbell (Amy) and Lebanon Teresa Hemmerle (John); his daughter-in-law Julie Campbell-Toole (Jeff); his grandchildren, Clayton Campbell and Lasley; his great grandchild Brammer Lasley; and his sister Shirley Tomb.
