With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty Jean Rich of Lebanon, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Betty Jean left this world on July 3, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Smith and Blanche Smith (Howe). She is survived by: her children, Mike (Debb), Doug, Kelli Rich and Jodi Houghton (Jim); her grandchildren, Travis Rich (Gwen), Lindsey Shipp (Shawn) and Cody Houghton (Mary); her great grandchildren, Hayden Rich, Elara Shipp, Phoebe and Chloe Houghton; and her extended family Clinton Counties.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
