She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Clinton Walker; her stepfather David Summers; and her brother-in-law Rick Lyles. She is survived by: her mother Patty Lou Walker Summers (Allen) of Lebanon; her husband Jim Dale of Lebanon; her sons, Michael Dale (Stacy) of Lebanon, Dustin Dale (Kristy) of Riverside, MO and Nick Dale (Sabrina) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Alex, Sierra, Michaela, Evan, Owen and Frankie; and her sister Teresa L. Lyles Styck (Dave) of Indianapolis. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
