She was predeceased by: her parents, Eck G. Neal and Helen Neal (Miles); her former husband David Gillett; her stepmother Francis Neal; her half-brother Danny Neal; and her stepsiblings, Donald Gregory Sr., Lonnie Gregory and June Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Sapp (Michele) of Thorntown, Elaine Dodd (Tom) of Westfield and Mariann Edwards (Ronnie) of Port Orange, FL; her grandchildren, Laura Dodd, Wesley Dodd (Megan), Marisa Weaver (Tyler), Kaila Mobley (Adam) and Landon Edwards (Mariah); her great grandchildren, Kaylee Sexton, Caroline Allen, Maddie Allen, Gunner Edwards, Oliver Dodd, Maggie Dodd, Felix Kelley and Milo Kelley; her great great grandchild Octavia; her stepsisters, Barbara Sue Ford of Kentucky and Phyllis Strader of Kentucky; and her half-brother David Neal (Vonita) of Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
