She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Fields and Melda Fields (Wells). She is survived by : her husband Roger Evans of Lebanon; her siblings, James Fields (Billie) of Lebanon, Roy Fields (Pauline) of Sheridan, Gary Fields (Pennie) of Mooresville and Shirley Mills of Lebanon; her children, Mary Miller (Bret) of Poland, Michael Osburn (Mary) of Lebanon, Lisa Mohler (Sam) of Tipton, Joseph Osburn (Lisa) of Dandridge, TN, Rocky Osburn (Janna) of Poland and Heather Hawkins (Jason) of Lebanon; and her former life partner Michael F. Osburn (Darlene). She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitors are asked to adhere to the current CDC guidelines that masks be worn and social distancing practiced.
