He was predeceased by : his grandmother Ann Esch; his aunt Susan Pyles; and his great-grandparent Howard Walters. He is survived by : his parents, Charles Ray Martin of Somerset, Kentucky and Cynthia Ann Hardin (Esch) of Lexington; his children, Sophia Martin of Madison and Skyler Hoffman of Madison; his stepsiblings, Chris Hardin (Alexis) of Lexington and Shelby Gay (Trevor) of Hanover, Indiana; his half-sister Sadie Martin of Somerset, Kentucky; his cousins, Richard Pyles of Lexington, Amanda, Katelynn and Tori Martin of Cincinnati, Ohio; his uncles, John Esch of Madison and Doug Esch of Cincinnati; his aunt Gabby Martin (Gary) of Cincinnati; his grandmother Ruth Ann Walters of Cincinnati; and his great-grandparent Edna Walters of Cincinnati.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes or below.
