We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2021, at the age of 93, Raymond E. Shelton of Lexington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Alva J. Shelton and Mariar Marshall Shelton; his daughter Gail E. Albertson; his children-in-law, Allen Perry and Karen McNeeley; and his siblings, Ola May Quick, Thelma Messer, Martha "Carty" Shelton, Mary Taylor, Ruth Barnes, Monzell Shaw and Clifford "Cliff" Shelton.
He is survived by : his wife Anna Lee Leland Shelton of Lexington, Indiana; his sons, Ronnie Lee Shelton (Maria) of Dupont and Tony Raymond Shelton of Lexington, Indiana; his stepchildren, Drusilla Kay Perry of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and Terry John McNeeley of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his daughter Tammy Sue Shelton Gilliam (John) of Lexington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Katie Shelton Hardy (Logan), Jody Allen Perry (Tiffany), Amy Gauwareck (Ralph), Kelly Perry, Michelle Sikes (Jimmy), Amanda Hicks (Robert), John McNeeley (Amanda) and Aaron Albertson (Monica); and his sister Joan Vogel. He is also survived by his 11 great grandchildren and his 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the New Bethel Church or the New Bethel Cemetery or the Adaptive Hospice.
