It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Edward Slicer of Liberty, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Slicer and Myrtle Kort Slicer; his wives, Vilma Russell and Bette Dorn; and his brothers, Donald and Robert Slicer.

He is survived by : his children, Dr. Deborah Slicer (Steve Cummings) of Missoula, MT and Gary Slicer of Liberty; his grandchild Allison Amrhein Morton (Tom Morton) of Glen Ellyn, IL; his great grandchild Charles Morton; and his stepchildren, Gayle Poland (Bill) of Washinton, PA, Rusty Dorn (Shelia) of Cincinnati, OH and Mike Dorn of Dayton, OH..
