He is survived by : his wife Shirley Mae Haskins (Ray) of Linton; his son Keith Haskins (Mandy) of Louisville, IL; his stepdaughters, Debbie Skomp (Jerry) of Noblesville and Michelle Roudebush (Doug) of Linton; his sisters, Valorie Wells (Michael) of Sebree, KY and Cindy Adkins (Ken) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Gavin, Carli, Keith, Summer Haskins, Jack, Anna Skomp, Jarod and Devin Cooksey; and his great grandchild Cooper Cooksey.
