She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Perkins and Clara Perkins (Scott); her husband Richard Page; and her siblings, Lloyd Perkins, Mildred Jenkins and Robert Perkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Page (Teri) of Linton, IN and Jeff Page (Tammy) of Linton; her grandchildren, Mindy Brown (Jason), Eric Page (Nikki), Clayton Page (Mary), Kaylee Page, Wendy Schick (Matt) and John Yoder; and her great grandchildren, Noah Page, Harper Page, Christopher Ickes, Kaitlyn Harris (Tyler), JayLynn Williams and Kohlson Page.
