He was predeceased by: his parents, Deana Kinkade (Gardner) and Vernie Kinkade; and his sisters, Lossie Passano, Ruby Blake and Ruth Vanover.
He is survived by: his wife Genora "June" Kinkade (Day); his daughters, Shelly A. Markle (Roger) of Linton and Lisa D. Kinkade of Linton; his granddaughters, Jessica Markle of Terre Haute, IN and Ashley Todd of St. Louis, MO; his sister Anna Boynton; and his sibling's children, David Blake, Ronnie Blake (Kathy) and Donna Stone (David).
