She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Carpenter and Cayula Carpenter (Stark); her husband Robert Bruner; her brothers, Ronald Carpenter and Paul Carpenter; and her granddaughter Julie Racey.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Irvin Bruner (Anita) of Worthington, Melvin Lee Bruner (Rita) of Bloomfield, Michael Dale Bruner (Joleen) of Oaktown, Gary Dean Bruner of Danville and Daniel Eugene Bruner (Rhonda) of Wheatland; and her siblings, Loren Thomas Carpenter, Adah Glenn of Linton and Reba Welch of Sullivan. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and several step and great-grandchildren.
