She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Blanton and Pearl Blanton (Wolfe); and her siblings, Elmer Blanton, Bernice Bastain and Margaret Blanton.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Calvin Simon; her children, Joseph Edward Simon (Terry) of Canton, OH and Margaret Ann Simon of Linton; her grandchildren, Erin Cole, Jared Simon and Lindsey Gabor; and her great grandchildren, Roxanne and Reese.
