She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Smith Thomas and Leila Belle Sidebottom (McCorkle); her children, Bill Goldman of Linton, IN, Laurie Corrigan of Jefferson City, MO, Dale Goldman (Pam) of Vincennes, IN and Ronald L. Goldman, Jr.; her siblings, Mary Hoke, Betty Richards and James W. Sidebottom; and her close friend Edgar Lee Burns. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
