She was predeceased by: her parent William Ira; and her siblings, James Nickels, Richard Nickels, Billy Nickels, Rosemary Cattin, Marjorie Baker, Janette Tow and Betty Saunders.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Alice Nickels (Warner); her former husband Samuel A. Winegardner; her children, Johnny W. Gunter, Billy R. Gunter (Staci), Logansport, Melissa Hefner (William), Delphi Winegardner and Miriam A. Winegardner; and her sisters, Donna Tyre, Delores Titus and Wanda Sue Nickels. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
