She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Dianne Phillips (Randy) of Winamac and Stacie Michelle Lopez (Kurt) of Logansport; her grandchildren, Emily Rayanne Phillips, Molly Suzanne Milliser (Richard) and Marco Antonio Lopez (Allison); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Milliser and Mason Lopez; her siblings, Ray Warner (Bev) and Linda Schawitsch; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Johnson (Becky) and Carol Ann Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
