He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Gifford and Mary L. Gifford (Umbarger). He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Gifford (Vickie), Linda Wiman and Joe Gifford (Jane); and his siblings' children, Carrie Harmon (Josh), Jennifer Wiman, Christi Frauenhoz (Dane) and Trent Gifford.
In consideration of the safety guidelines related to COVID-19, observing social distancing and wearing masks are required during the visitation.
