He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Shaver; his son Mark Shaver; and his great grandchild Michael Vore. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Mae Shaver (Horner); his spouse Vivian D. Felz; his sons, Patrick Shaver of Logansport, David Lee Shaver (Teresa) of Monticello, Michael Shaver (Vanessa) of Logansport and James Shaver of Chicago, IL; and his sisters, Betty Davidson of Logansport and Phyllis Marshall of Beaver Creek, OH.
