She is survived by: her children, Donetta Surface (Tony), Debb Ferger (Jim), Don Putnam of Logansport, Dwaine Putnam (Teresa) of Logansport and Dennis Putnam of Logansport. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
