He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Ann Callaway (Richard) and Patty Colette Shaffer (Kenny); his brother Michael (Kay); and his grandchildren, Marc Gordon (Kelsey), Jimmy Gordon (Michelle), Erin Eldridge (Marc), Cory Osborn (Amanda), Holly Whittaker (Lee) and Adam Weaver.
