She is survived by: her parent Allie Mae Conklin (Howell); her spouse Larry Dean Smith; her children, Jerald William Smith (Rose) of Logansport, Harold Conklin III (Misty) of Galveston, Allison Oehlert of Logansport and Dorla Collins of Logansport; her siblings, Harold W. Conklin Jr (Pam), Carolyn Oehlert of Logansport and Wanda Smith of Onward; and her grandchildren, Elleanna Lowe, Josie Smith, Michael, Darin, Zachary, Jeffrey and Gavin Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
