She is survived by: her husband Doug Forgey; her sons, Derek Forgey (Kimbra) of Logansport and Michael Forgey of Logansport; her grandchildren, Zak Forgey, Shaylen Forgey, Amber Ochoa and Evan Higgins; and her great grandchildren, Rayden Forgey, Sophia Ochoa and Lennon Ochoa.
