He was predeceased by: his father Ted Daniels; and his daughter Hannah Daniels. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Daniels (Crook); his sons, Zachary and Lucas Daniels of Richmond; and his siblings, Todd Daniels of Logansport, Shanna Daniels of Logansport and Tristin Crook of Logansport.
