He was predeceased by: his wife Janice; his parents, William Sr. Tincher and Hallie Josephine Tincher (Meadows); and his sister Norma Jean Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Carey (Jim) of Springville, UT, Billie Jean Williams (Gerald), Angela Sutton (Jordan) of Livonia, MI, Tricia Larsen (David) of Orem, UT and David Tincher; his grandchildren, Jimmy Carey, Cody Williams, Josh Williams, Andrew Sutton (Katie), Ashley Sutton, Nathan Sutton, Danielle Sutton, Brinley Larsen, Tyler Larsen and Tanner Larsen; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Carey, Tabitha Williams and Jace Williams. He is also survived by six children.
