He was predeceased by: his parents, Seward B. Crew and Frances Crew (McCammon); his son Robert Edward Crew; and his siblings, Benny Crew, Sharon Simes and John Crew.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Crew of Loogootee; his children, Jeff Crew (Micky) of Shoals, Kathleen Begeman (Wade) of Greenwood and Paul Crew (April) of Loogootee; his brothers, Ron Crew (Karen) of Washington and Pete Crew of Texas; his grandchildren, Candace Clark (Matt), Cassi Mueth (Corey), Tyler Lanter, Katie Taylor (Randy), Bethany Tuomi (Kai) and Derek Sipes; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Colton, Landon, Garrett, Vincent and Gracie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
