She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Womack; the father of her children David Hamm; her sons, David Hamm (Jennifer) and Tim Hamm (Aimee); her grandchildren, David (Bre), Katlyn, Timmy, Dylan and Hailey; her siblings, Kathy Strait and Randy Womack (Cathy); and her niece Jennifer.
