She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Hayes and Inez Hayes; and her siblings, Duane, Dennis, Danny Hayes and Janie Hare.
She is survived by: her husband Mark; the mothers of children, Terri Olthoff (Charles), Lynette Pankiewicz, Audrey Sheldon (David) and Laura Foresta (Nick); and her siblings, Evie Mauk, Josephine Johnson, Peggy Harris, Bertha Jean Davis (Bob) and Debbie Ellch (Gary). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
