She is survived by : her son Kevin Gene Vaughn (Patricia) of Lyons; her sister Phylis Lefler (Jim) of Columbus, Indiana.; her grandsons, Austin Vaughn (Shaylen) of Greencastle and Weston Vaughn of Brazil, Indiana.; and her half-siblings, Gregory Lee Allen, Donna Stanton (Mitchell) and Sharon Clayton (Mitchell).
