She was predeceased by: her mother Opal Meek Caswell; her daughter Joyce Elaine Lucas Hart; her husband Raymond Fay Hart, Sr.; her father Wilmer Glen Caswell; and her siblings, Ricky Caswell, Phyllis Jean Caswell Burnette and Alice Kay Caswell Griffin.
She is survived by: her former spouse Willie C. Lucas; her grandson Steven; her children, Sharon Taylor (Meredith) of Lexington, Indiana and Steven Lucas (Barb) of Lexington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Carrie Ellen Hart Reindollar (Brook), Jayme Hart Welch (Eric), Karen Lucas, Pam Lucas (Christopher) and Raymond Hart, Jr. (Beth); her great grandchildren, Cory, Nic, Bryce, Emma and Cherrish; her brother Eugene Caswell (Sharon) of Hanover, Indiana; and her siblings-in-law, Bette Lucas of Madison, Becky Lucas, Mary Lucas of Moorefield, Indiana and Thomas Burnette of Dupont, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
