She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Arnett and Rachel Jackson Davis-Arnett; and her sister Emma "Sue" L. Ratakin. She is survived by: her sons, Carl "Blane" Couch (Tonya) of Madison and Ronald Couch (Haley) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Karson, Rachel and Jasmine; her great grandchildren, Eli, Jonah, Adalyn and Wrenleigh; her siblings, Kenneth Wayne Arnett (Barbie) of Nashville, Dennis D. Arnett (Carolyn) of Bedford, Kentucky and Sandra J. Fallis (Jack) of Brownsburg, Indiana; and her nephew Troy Lovins (Karen) of Bedford, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Madison Assembly of God Church (1636 Clifty Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Burn Unit in Cincinnati, Ohio or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
