He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathan Hall and Dorothy Hall (Anderson); his wife Josephine Whipple; his daughter Malena M. Berry; and his siblings, Albert Hall (Cora), Nathan Hall, Ralph Hall, Cora Alice Riley, Dora Thomas, Beverly Hannah, Jeanie Lewis and Mary Lou Harrison.
He is survived by : his sons, Charles E. Hall, Jr. (Tina) of Shalomar, FL, Frank A. Hall (Terri) of Hartford City and David E. Hall (Velvet); and his brother Joseph Hall (Shirley) of Anderson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
