He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. "Buddy" White and Lola V. White; and his sister Karla L. White. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Kelly of Newport; his sons, Lloyd T. White, Jr. and Kevin White; his grandchildren, Kaliyah, Kevin, Kiyanna and Kylie; his siblings, James F. White, Sr., Adrian C. White, Lorna G. Winston of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Melanie Cato (Tyrone) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his aunts, Donna J. Parker and Marilyn O. Rencher of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
