She was predeceased by: her parents, Cipriano Velasquez and Maria Velasquez (Correa); her husband Jerry Futrell Sr.; her daughters, Debbie Mitchell and Robin Althouse; her siblings, Albert Velasquez (Carmin), Pete Velasquez (Phyllis), Lupe Velasquez (Gloria), Raymond Velasquez, Josephine Knight (Fred), Mercedes Velasquez, Connie Gause (Harold) and Larry Velasquez; and her siblings-in-law, Frank, Opal Futrell, Joe Futrell (Joann) and Glenn Futrell.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Wagener (Mike), Penny Carl (Jimmy) and Jerry Futrell Jr. (Cindy); her grandchildren, Amy Loftin (James), Jody Gilbert (David), Nathan Althouse (Sara), Sarah Lewis (Andy), Stacey Turner (Joe), Ashley Havens (Judd), Adam Althouse (Stephanie Morris), Matthew Hughes, Kristen Edwards (Vincent), Josh Wagener (Lendsey) and Brandon Wagener; her siblings, Mary-Ellen Carmin and Danny Velasquez (Ruth); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Velasquez, Janice Velasquez and Mary Jane Futrell. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
