We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2025, at the age of 89, Barbara Lou Houseworth of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Houseworth; her daughter Kimberly Houseworth; and her siblings, Norma Oaks and Marshall Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Houseworth (Donna) of Trafalgar and Robert "Bob" Houseworth (Shelly) of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Robbie Houseworth of Poland, Kristen Cramer of Indianapolis and Megan Smith (Travis) of Mooresville; and her great grandchildren, Xavier of Poland and Phoenix Houseworth of Poland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center (179 E Mulberry St, Morgantown, IN 46160). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery (3295 IN-252, Martinsville, IN 46151).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to Martinsville Baptist Tabernacle Church, 2189 Burton Lane, Martinsville, IN 46151.
