He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Lee and Barbara Louise Brummett (Sichting). He is survived by: his wife Holly Beth Brummett (Koons) of Martinsville; his daughters, Heidi DeMott (Justin) of Martinsville and Kelli Powell (Derrick) of Evansville; his sister Tina Dunning (Dewayne) of Martinsville; and his grandchildren, Ryder, Lakelyn, Willow DeMott, Deacon and Opal Powell.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to assist with medical and funeral expenses.
