He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie Crews and Dessie Crews (Secrest); his wife Martha Lou Crews (Musgrave); his brother Max Crews (Marjorie); and his brothers-in-law, Boyd Musgrave (Madonna) and Merrill Musgrave.

He is survived by : his children, LuAnn Crews, Penny Ladyman (Dan) and Eric Crews (Tracey); his grandchildren, Jessica Sawyer (Paul), Brandon Ladyman (Erica) and Makayla Nenedjian (Quinton); his great grandchildren, Riliegh Sawyer, Adrianna Sawyer, Weston Nenedjian, Willow Nenedjian and Isaac Ladyman; and his sister-in-law Judy Musgrave. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Costin Funeral Chapel (539 E Washington St, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
