He was predeceased by: his parents, William Isaac and Mary Margaret Feagans (Duncheon); and his siblings, William Feagans, Douglas Joseph Feagans and Margaret "Peggy" Arvin.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Feagans (Claxton) of Martinsville, IN; his sons, Louis Edgar Feagans III (Julia) of Indianapolis, IN and Michael Feagans of Lebanon, IN; his grandchildren, Louis Edgar Feagans IV of Washington, DC, Amanda Feagans of Indianapolis, Courtney Guignard (Tex) of Boca Raton, FL and Jacob "J. T." Feagans (Luce) of Bolivia; his great grandchildren, Eli and Titus Guignard; his sister Mary Teresa Miller (Dale) of Montgomery, IN; and his sister-in-law Janice Feagans of Loogootee, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center (110 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (305 2nd St, Montgomery, IN 47558).
