He was predeceased by: his mother Inezjean Swatts; his children, Deborah Wilhite and Robert Wilhite; and his siblings, Luanne Krueger, James Mobley, Wendell Mobley, Raymajean Lewis and Russelle Richey.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Haviland; the mother of his children LoDoris Patton; his children, Roger D. Wilhite, Jr. (Jeannie), Sarah Marker and Elizabeth Sira (Richard); his siblings, William "Bill" Mobley, Bobbie Buckner (Harry) and Ednette Slocum; and his pets, Tommy John, Toby Joe, Misty Lynn, Katie Beth, Heidi Marie and Annie Belle.
