She is survived by: her husband Eddie McIntosh; her children, Mark McIntosh, Kimberly Hodge and Angela McIntosh; her siblings, Verna Watts, Penny Ashlely and Mason Fugate; her grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Darrell, Amber, Stephanie, Whitney, Destiny and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Raylynn, Kylie, Keegan, Emma, Joseph, Elora, Alex, Brighton, Braxton, Reagan, Kaydence and Gracelynn.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (465 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
